One additional item under "Additional Tasks"
Corridor and high traffic area floors to be scrubbed and re-coated quarterly (or as needed) to maintain a quality finish

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will you require both day and night custodians or night only?  Additionally, the RFP includes “maintenance” in the title but I don’t see any maintenance tasks included in the scope of work.  Will you want a maintenance employee included with the program or is the custodial staff just doing light maintenance tasks (like light bulb changes)?

Night janitorial only.
No maintenance technician required.

2. Please advise on how to bid consumables.

Please refer to the Bid Submission Sheet. We are looking for the basis (mark-up) for janitorial supply pricing. (ie: a percentage) Examples are optional.
