RFP for Construction Management Services

The Schools of McKeel Academy is interested in entering into a contract with a qualified Construction Management firm to provide Construction Management Services for the following project.

(2) New 1-story, classroom buildings (approximately 13,000 GSF total), together with related site work on an existing campus in Lakeland, Florida.

The projected completion date is July 1, 2020 (based on a start date of November 1, 2019); the selected firm will be expected to begin preconstruction services immediately. The estimated construction budget at this time is approx. $2,200,000.00.
